Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Mei Kwei Lau Rice Wine
  • 4 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Handful of frozen pineapples
  • Juice of 1/4 lime
  • 3 tablespoons sugar/honey/maple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Pineapple wedge or umbrella for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Gather all the ingredients needed for your Rice Colada. Ensure you have your Mei Kwei Lau Rice Wine, heavy cream, frozen pineapples, lime, and your preferred sweetener – whether it's sugar, honey, or maple syrup.

  2. Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the aged rice wine, heavy cream, frozen pineapples, lime juice, and your chosen sweetener.

  3. Pulse Blend: Pulse blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. The frozen pineapples will lend a refreshing chill to the drink, while the heavy cream adds a luxurious texture.
