A Flavourful History.

Founded in the early 20th century by Tay Chek Soo, Tong Ah Distillery is currently run by the Tay family's third generation, looking to reintroduce their grandfather's achievements in the rice wine industry to the new generation of alcohol enthusiasts by staying true to its roots.

Tay Chek Soo founded ‘Tay Miang Huat’ wine distribution company and ‘Miang Miang’ distillery in ShànTóu city of China.
