Where is Tong Ah Distillery's rice wine from? 

We are 100% made in Malaysia. Our collections of rice wine is made by our skilled distillers in our century old distillery, here in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. 

Are Tong Ah Distillery's rice wines tax compliant? 

Our Rice Wines are 100% duty-paid wines. All rice wines are registered and duty paid with our Malaysian Royal Customs.

Are Tong Ah Distillery's rice wines genuine? 

All of Tong Ah Distillery's rice wines are 100% genuine, made only with approved additives and flavours. 

What is the lifespan of Tong Ah's rice wines?

Our wines can remain open for up to a year. Every bottle is made with zero synthetic flavours and colouring. However, it is important to note that the taste may vary as oxygen will be introduced each time it is opened for consumption. Our rice wine is best consumed within 6 months refrigerated.

How can I store the rice wines once opened?  

There are several options for storing opened rice wine. We recommend using reusable bottle stoppers, which are readily available on platforms like Shopee and Lazada. Alternatively, you can decant the wine into glass bottles that come with their own stoppers; these can be purchased from stores like Ikea or Daiso.

Why do the products vary from every purchase?

All our bottles are distilled and crafted by hand. Therefore, you may spot some slight variation in the labels and volume. We aim to maintain the quality in flavour for every bottle with recipes and methods passed down for generations, making each bottle unique!

How do I place my order?

Choose the products you would like to purchase from our online store, proceed to your online cart and select checkout to process your payment. Once this payment is processed you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept online bank transfer for all available banks in Malaysia. Credit card and other payments will be available soon.

Where does Tong Ah deliver in Malaysia? 

We deliver to all shippable states in West. We partnered with Parcelhub as our preferred courier partner for all outstation orders. We are currently working on shipping to East Malaysia.

How long does delivery take? 

Standard delivery within Klang Valley: 1-2 Working Days 

Standard outstation delivery: 2-3 Working Days 

Can I track my order status? 

Orders can be tracked using the tracking number generated by our courier partner and status can be seen through tracking link sent via email.
